Rise up

Last night I began to create a post and although I knew what I wanted to write, the words would not flow. Early this morning the Holy Spirit guided me on what to say.

Rise: Move from a lower position to a higher one; come or go up

Rise up! Rise up from that place of bitterness, rise from that place of doubt, rise from that place of anger, rise from that place. God has not designed for you to stay there.

Rise up there is so much waiting on you. Rise up, your breakthrough is right there, rise up your healing is right there.

Rise up......do not allow others, negative thoughts, nor the past to keep you in the place you are in.

It is time for you to come up so you can go up. I am reminded of the man at the pool of Bethesda. The Bible says, impotent (helpless/powerless/unable to take effective action), people surrounded the pool. They were just laying there. This man had been there for thirty eight years and told Jesus he had no one to put him in the pool. He told Jesus he moves too slow and people make it to the pool before him and he had not been able to get into the water to be healed. And Jesus said "RISE", take up thy bed and walk! Immediately the man was healed.

Thank God, we do not have to wait on someone to carry us to our place of healing. Anytime we spend not being able to move is too long. You are not helpless, you are not hopeless, all the power you need to move has been placed inside of you. Do not become content sitting by pool with impotent people, watching you watch them as some are probably glad you are there with them.

Rise, take up your bed as you have rested in that place too long. Walk, move your feet, quickly as God will heal you immediately. Do you want to be whole? Yes, impotency shall not be your resting place.
